What time of year should you visit Quebec City? Any time is great in my opinion! I love this City no matter the time of year. Whether you are visiting in the Winter to enjoy Carnaval or wait for warmer weather to explore flower-draped cobblestone streets, I have no doubt you will love Quebec City as much as I do!
